Għarb and Dingli – Malta
The ‘SWING’ washing technology performs the following operations after each use:
- Washing of the floor using high-pressure water;
- Washing of the wall behind the toilet bowl;
- Washing, sanitising and complete drying of the toilet bowl;
- Quick drying of the floor thanks to the slight slope that facilitates rapid drainage.
On the island of Malta, we have started a redevelopment project by installing our Self-Cleaning Automated Toilet Facilities. The project focuses on making the island more welcoming for tourists and local citizens.
The following have been installed to date:
- 2 Self-Cleaning Toilets – monobloc version – in the town of Dingli. The toilets have been installed in a car park near the sea.
- 2 Self-Cleaning Toilets – monobloc version – in the town of Għarb – island of Gozo. The toilets have been installed in the car park of the Ta’ Pinu National Shrine.
- 1 self-cleaning toilet – indoor version – in the centre of the town of Gharb, replacing old traditional toilets.
All self-cleaning toilets are equipped with a coin-operated mechanism and a local device that allows access to the toilets with a local service card.
