Pursuant to Articles 13 et seq. of EU Regulation 679/2016, we inform you of the following:
By completing the registration process, users voluntarily provide their personal data to Linea Città Srl, the Data Controller.
The personal data submitted by users during registration for our services will be processed in accordance with the principles of personal data protection established by EU Regulation 679/2016 and other applicable laws.
Data Controller, Data Protection Officer, and Data Processors

Purpose and Method of Data Processing
The collected personal data are processed to:
- Allow access to the public sections of the site and site navigation;
- Enable users to use the website;
- Allow businesses to apply using the “Candida la tua Startup” form;
- Fulfill legal or regulatory obligations;
- Protect the Data Controller in legal proceedings.
Personal data provided through registration may be processed by the company using automated tools. The company may also process such data in aggregated form, in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Data Protection Authority and based on specific exemptions from consent for purposes 1–3.
Purposes 4 and 5 relate to legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR) and the legitimate interest of the Data Controller in legal defense (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Linea Città Srl implements specific security measures to prevent data loss, unlawful or improper use, and unauthorized access.
Personal data are stored in electronic databases located in Italy or countries within the European Economic Area (EEA).
Data may also be processed by entities appointed as data processors pursuant to Article 28 of the GDPR, who provide specific processing services or support activities on behalf of Linea Città Srl.
Data Retention
Personal data are retained within the European Union to fulfill the aforementioned purposes. Processing is carried out using both automated and manual methods, with tools and procedures designed to ensure maximum security and confidentiality, by individuals specifically authorized for this purpose.
In accordance with Article 5(1)(e) of the GDPR, personal data will be stored in a form that allows identification of data subjects for no longer than necessary for the purposes for which they are processed. The retention period depends on the purpose of the processing.
Data Subject Rights
The data subject has the right to request from Linea Città Srl access to their personal data, as well as rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and data portability, where the data are processed by automated means on the basis of consent or contract performance.
The data subject may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal.
The data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority pursuant to Article 77 of the GDPR.
