TRIAX Technology Automatic Self Cleaning Toilet Facilities have been designed to be installed in existing premises during their design stage or renovation stage. They are suitable for small spaces and they fit nicely in:

Toilet emptying, washing, and disinfection take place in a specific room separate from the user’s room.
This patented technological system is the only method that truly guarantees maximum level of cleanliness and hygiene inside a Toilet Facility.
The Toilet Facility is equipped with automated washing systems with dedicated nozzles with deflected jets, flat jets and grazing jets to wash floors, walls and toilet.

The components of the Toilet Facility, such as sliding door, coin machine, floor with occupancy sensor, rotating toilet, equipped walls with washbasin, toilet paper, electric hot air dispenser, steel mirror, waste paper basket and all the mechanical, electrical and hydraulic equipment can be assembled in various configurations in order to allow excellent flexibility in terms of space.

The Toilet Facility equipped with exterior stainless steel door and coin machine allows access upon payment of the established fee, which is set by the owner, or by the use of a privileged authorized card.

By simply performing ordinary and scheduled maintenance, with occasional extraordinary maintenance, the TRIAX Toilet Facility is expected to operate for more than 15/20 years

All the mechanical, hydraulic and electrical operations are supported by an electronic control system controlled via a dedicated electronic circuit board.

Access to the technical room takes place directly from the user’s room. Thus, it does not need any additional side or back entrance.

Structure and Technology

Premises
The Automatic Toilet Facilities (S.I.A.) is built inside a masonry room with plant requirements and dimensions that are suitable for the technology to be installed; the walls will be plastered with two coat of plasters and lined with porcelain gres tiles, sized approximately 30x30 cm; the floor will be in cement and properly sloped; in addition, it will be properly water-proofed in order to avoid infiltrations in premises located underneath it.

Washing and sanitation devices with toilet fully retractable in technical room
The washing and sanitation technological device is manufactured in such a way to allow the emptying, washing, disinfection and drying of the toilet bowl in an area that is “fully enclosed and separate from the user’s area”  in order to ensure excellent cleaning and hygiene.

The self-cleaning plant guarantees maximum hygiene and it is constituted by:

  • Washing and sanitation of the toilet bowl only inside the technical room;
  • Liquid disinfectant dispenser for the disinfection of the toilet bowl at every use;
  • Floor washing through flat and grazing jets of pressurized water in order to convey any waste to the technical room.

Floor
The floor is constituted by a walking platform in anti-skid rubber supported by occupancy sensors.

Entrance Door
With automatic opening and closing mechanism and equipped with safety devices

Electronic Coin Machine
Multi-coin machine equipped with instruction panel, with “available” “occupied” and “out of service” indicators and price display located next to the entrance door;

Washbasin
With automatic water, soap and hot air dispenser in retractable equipment

Motorized Toilet Paper Dispenser
With pre-selection of maximum dispensable quantity;

Technical Room Heating System
controlled by a dedicated thermostat to avoid damages in case of low temperature

That activates an external alarm and triggers the door opening mechanism;


User’s Operation and Safety

The following safety measures will be implemented:

  • The sliding door movement is performed using a low power system that ensures a harmless stop;
  • The cleaning of the toilet bowl takes place inside the technical room, which is separate from the user’s room;
  • Disinfection is carried out using nontoxic disinfectants;
  • The presence of a device that allows opening the door even in case of power outage;
  • The “emergency” push button that controls the opening of the door and the activation of the external alarm;
  • The device that allows, once the preset 15 minutes time (or other desired and programmable  time) has elapsed, the automatic activation of the alarm functions, along with the opening of the door;

Hygiene Requirements

Each user will find a perfectly cleaned and sanitized environment, in particular:

  • The toilet bowl will be washed, disinfected and the toilet seat will be dried
  • The floor will be clean and free from other user’s waste
