Triax Technology AMC -Automatic Self Cleaning Toilet Facilities



TRIAX Technology AMC, Automatic Self Cleaning Toilet Facilities, have been designed to be installed in partially patrolled and/or supervised existing premises during their design or renovation stage, replacing standard toilet facilities. A single Automatic Self Cleaning Toilet Facility is sufficient to replace the two usual public toilet facilities: men’s and women’s.

Its compact dimensions and maximum hygiene guaranteed for each use make it particularly suitable and ideal for:

Triax Tecnologia AMC distinguishes itself for its automatic washing of the toilet bowl using the patented “toilet retractable system in technical room” and the simultaneous washing of the wall at the back of the toilet, as well as washing of the floor (whenever applicable)

Toilet emptying, washing, and disinfection take place in a specific room separate from the user’s room.
This patented technological system is the only method that truly guarantees maximum level of cleanliness and hygiene inside a Toilet Facility prior to the entrance of another user.

All the mechanical, hydraulic and electrical operations are supported by an electronic control system controlled via a dedicated electronic circuit board.

The Toilet Facility, equipped with a hinged door, will allow installing a variety of accessories whenever the available space allows: washbasin block, stainless steel mirror, waste paper basket, coat hanger, handrails etc.

By simply performing ordinary and scheduled maintenance, with occasional extraordinary maintenance, the TRIAX Toilet Facility is expected to operate for more than 15/20 years.

Structure and technology

Premises
The Automatic Toilet Facilities (S.I.A.) is built inside a masonry room with plant requirements and dimensions that are suitable for the technology to be installed; the walls will be plastered with two coat of plasters and lined with porcelain gres tiles, sized approximately 30x30 cm; the floor will be in cement and properly sloped; in addition, it will be properly water-proofed in order to avoid infiltrations in premises located underneath it.

The washing and sanitation technological device is manufactured in such a way to allow the emptying, washing, disinfection and drying of the toilet bowl in an area that is “fully enclosed and separate from the user’s area”  in order to ensure excellent cleaning and hygiene.

The self-cleaning plant guarantees maximum hygiene and it is constituted by:

  • Washing and sanitation of the toilet bowl only inside the technical room;
  • Liquid disinfectant dispenser for the disinfection of the toilet bowl at every use;
  • Washing of the wall at the back of the toilet and (whenever applicable) washing of the user’s room floor through flat and grazing jets of pressurized water in order to convey any waste to the technical room.

User’s Operation and Safety

The following safety measures will be implemented:

  • The cleaning of the toilet bowl takes place inside the technical room, which is separate from the user’s room
  • Disinfection is carried out using nontoxic disinfectants;
  • The presence of a device that allows opening the door even in case of power outage;

  • The toilet bowl will be washed, disinfected and the toilet seat will be dried
