TRIAX Automatic Self Cleaning Toilet Facilities is an urban furniture componet that thanks to its unique design and the possibility of changing its exterior look through a variety of finishing choices can fit in any environment.

The simplicity of its lines, the quality of its materials and the care for details make it a top quality item in its field, capable of enriching the aesthetics of the enviroments where it is installed.

All the mechanical, hydraulic and electrical functions (automatic sliding door opening, washing and sanitation of the toilet, toilet paper dispensing etc.) are supported by an electronic control system that is monitored by a dedicated control board.

The Toilet Facilities built in reinforced cement is a guarantee of stability, safety and it has a high sound proof insulation. It is lined with ceramic tiles or porcelain gres while the roof, built in fiberglass, is equipped with a skylight that allows an adequate air exchange.

The sliding access door, washbasin, soap and hot air dispenser, stainless steel mirror, waste paper basket, handrail, coat hanger, toilet bowl in china glass, heating and fan system and day ligth switch make this product qualitatively superior.

The Self Cleaning Toilet Facilities is equipped with an automated washing system featuring dedicated nozzles with deflected jets, flat jets, parallel and grazing jets for washing the floor, the walls and the toilet.

Toilet emptying, washing, and disinfection take place in a specific room separate from the user’s room.
This patented technological system is the only method that truly guarantees maximum level of cleanliness and hygiene inside a Toilet Facility.

The Toilet Facility equipped with exterior stainless steel door and coin machine allows access upon payment of an established fee, which is set by the owner, or by using a privileged authorization card.
 
By simply performing ordinary and scheduled maintenance, with occasional extraordinary maintenance, the TRIAX Toilet Facility is expected to operate for more than 15/20 years

The Automatic Self-Cleaning Toilet Facility stand alone unit (Monoblocco) is available in a single model, for all users, including disabled persons in wheelchair.

Access to the technical room takes place directly from the user’s room. Thus, it does not need any additional side or back entrance.

Structure and technology

Monoblocco (Stand Alone Structure)
The Automatic Self-Cleaning Toilet Facilities are built in three dimensional reinforced concrete designed according to anti-seismic regulations.

Dimensions and Add-ons
The external dimensions are:

  • Width = 2.05 m; Length = 2.66 m; Height = 2.77 m.

Vertical walls have a thickness of 10-12 cm to ensure maximum resilience and long lasting life.
User’s room dimensions are compliant to regulations in force concerning the removal of architectural barriers as per D.P.R. 503/96 . In addition the following elements are available:

  • Handle bars suitable for disabled persons
  • Coat hangers

Washing and sanitation devices with toilet fully retractable in technical room
The washing and sanitation technological device is manufactured in such a way to allow the emptying, washing, disinfection and drying of the toilet bowl in an area that is “fully enclosed and separate from the user’s area”  in order to ensure excellent cleanliness and hygiene.

The self-cleaning plant guarantees maximum hygiene and it is constituted by:

  • Washing and sanitation of the toilet bowl only inside the technical room;
  • Liquid disinfectant dispenser for the disinfection of the toilet bowl at every use;
  • Floor washing through flat and grazing jets of pressurized water in order to convey any waste to the technical room.

With pre-selection of maximum dispensable quantity;

Technical Room Heating System controlled by a dedicated thermostat to avoid damages in case of low temperature;

That activates an external alarm and activates the door opening mechanism;

User’s Operation and Safety

The following safety measures will be implemented:

  • The sliding door movement is performed using a low power system that ensures a harmless stop;
  • The cleaning of the toilet bowl takes place inside the technical room, which is separate from the user’s room;
  • Disinfection is carried out using nontoxic disinfectants;
  • The presence of a device that allows opening the door even in case of power outage;
  • The “emergency” push button that controls the door opening and the activation of the external alarm;
  • The device that allows, once the preset 15 minutes time (or other desired and programmable  time) has elapsed, the automatic activation of the alarm functions, along with the opening of the door;

Hygiene Requirements

Each user will find a perfectly cleaned and sanitized environment, in particular:

  • The toilet bowl will be washed, disinfected and the toilet seat will be dried
  • The floor will be clean and free from other user’s waste
