  1. Hygiene

The hygiene of our automatic washrooms is constantly guaranteed by the adoption of a system, unique in Italy, which consists in:

  • Emptying, washing and disinfecting the toilet bowl, inside a steel shaft closed and separated from the user’s room, for every use;
  • Washing of floors with pressurized water at each use;
  • Type of disinfection, dosage and certification of hygiene obtained from the cooperation of the University of Bologna’s Department of Medicine;
  • Ventilation system that ensures a complete air exchange for each toilet use.
  1. Safety

The features that allowed reaching this important objective are:

  • the low power and electronic control system for the moving parts operation;
  • the disinfection carried out using nontoxic disinfectants;
  • the availability of a mechanical emergency system that, in case of power outage, guarantees the possibility of exiting the facility;
  • the emergency button that allows, in case of user’s illness or temporary difficulty, the activation of an acoustic and luminous alarm and the opening of the door;
  • In any case after a maximum preset programmed time has elapsed, the program activates the alarm and the opening of the doorway automatically, allowing aid.
  • The technical room heating system is controlled by a thermostat that in case of below zero temperatures avoids damages to the systems due to ice;
  • The step-by-step and logical processor controlled operating cycle with constant testing of successful operation prior to confirming the following sequence, in addition to making available a highly hygienic service that is perfectly clean, disinfected and fully efficient, verifies the proper operation of the following items after each use:
    1. Toilet paper refill
    2. water levels in tank
    3. thermal relays of the pump and vents
If one of the tests is unsuccessful, the use of the service will be denied to the users and the writing "out of service" will light up on the panel, also locking the coin slot and preventing it from accepting any coins.
The processor controlled system allows the possibility to apply changes to the program regarding hours of operation and fees, at any given time.
  1. Ease of Use

On the external coin slot the user can find instructions in two languages concerning the use, amount, or the possible indication of "available", "occupied", or "out of service". 

ENTERING: All that is needed is to insert the coins in the indicated slot and then press the adjacent button:

  • The door opens, the light turns on, the fan starts up and the door closes again.

EXITING: All that is needed is to press the button, clearly marked beside the door:

  •   The door reopens and closes again after the user exits.

The “TRIAX” Automatic Self-Cleaning Toilet Facility is built in three-dimensional rheoplastic concrete blocks (wall and floor sill) connected to each other through the bolting of four steel columns located in the corners; the components in concrete are reinforced with an electro-welded net and steel rod Feb 44 K; the dimensions of the framework takes in consideration the earthquake-proof materials prescribed by L. 64/74.
To guarantee maximum resistance and duration, the vertical walls have a thickness of 10 cm while the base slab has a thickness of 23 cm. 23.
The considerable thickness and the heavy specific weight of the material used guarantee a soundproof facility.
The stand-alone unit upper portion is built in a fiberglass element that constitutes the roof and the projecting eaves; the roof is completed by a skylight in opaline polycarbonate perfect for the adequate exchange of air in the user’s room and natural lighting during the daylight hours.
The polyester resin is of an unsaturated type, capable of delaying the spread of flames and very low gas emission.

The vertical panels inside the facility are covered by auto-extinguishing fiberglass panels that have an antibacterial and polychrome finish; the particular formula of the gel-coat finishing creates a surface resistant to abrasions, absolutely waterproof, mold proof, and bacteria proof; the panels are reinforced with a metal section bar embedded in the structure and fixed to the walls with accessories in stainless steel.
The flooring is in anti-skid rubber.
  1. Technology

The technological heart of our patented system is created by the combination of mechanical equipment, hydraulics and electric systems that allow the user to use an always perfectly clean and comfortable hygienic service. 
The cleaning cycle, followed at every use by pressurized water (4-6 ATE), includes the following phases in sequence:

  1. the washing of the floor of the toilet facility takes place through a series of nozzles that give pressurized water a considerable strength impact, leading to:
    – the removal of every type of waste, which is disposed of in the waste collector
    – the washing, through nozzles with deflected jet, of the wall at the back of the toilet bowl;
  2. the rotation of the mobile wall that brings the used toilet bowl into the washing room where it is: - flushed, emptied and washed, both inside and outside, through water supplied via a line connected to the autoclave; - disinfected by a pump, which, through a nozzle, sprays the interior and exterior surfaces with a specially formulated disinfectant;
  3. the drying occurs during the rotation of the wall: from the surface of the clean and disinfected bowl - during the rotation that brings it from the washing room back into the user’s room - all the drops of water from the washing process are removed from the surface of the bowl; the flow of air is produced by a vent of great strength and directed through a particularly shaped header.
    The system is activated from the start of the rotation and deactivated once the rotation is complete;
  4. the turning on of the luminous indicator “available” indicates that the service is ready for another use.

The operating cycle is controlled step-by-step by a logic processor equipped with a self-diagnostic system that allows continuous testing of the operation cycles and their related success.

It is possible, through a modem, to connect to a computer that allows communicating with a “service” programmable controller.

 

  1. Warranty

The quality and operation of the equipment that constitute the automatic toilet facilities is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of testing.

 

The warrany does not include the parts and equipment that may be damaged by vandalism, which costs, however, are covered by an insurance policy registered with a main insurance agency and registered under the name of the client.
