Since the very first Automatic Self Cleaning Toilet Facilities manufactured and installed more than fifteen years ago, Linea Città s.r.l combined their supply to their management and maintenance.
This business policy allowed the company to manage more two hundred fifty units in Italy simultaneously per year with the greatest client's satisfaction.

Goal

Our maintenance service has the following goals:

  • Perform weekly inspections to verify efficiency, supplies level and (whenever requested) pick up the coins from the Automatic Self Cleaning Toilet Facilities coin machines
  • Maintain constant, over time, a high level of efficiency of all components and equipment that could experience a malfunction in other words that could operate with reduced functionality.
  • Repair and return to an efficient status all the components and equipment that may malfunction, in other words those which have reduced functionality

Main Features

Service is always performed by trained and qualified personnel
Service, which is nation-wide, includes:
ORDINARY MAINTENANCE
Inspections to the user’s room and cleaning of the technical room based on daily usage volume (from two to five weekly inspections)
Weekly inspections to:

  • Empty the waste paper basket
  • Collect any object left on the floor
  • Cleaning of the door
  • Cleaning of the walls, both those in steel and in ceramics
  • Toilet paper refill
  • Liquid soap and disinfectant refill
  • Verify the operation of the coin machine

SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE Regular monthly inspections
These inspections have the purpose of monitoring and verifying the operation and usage status of the equipment that are part of the TRIAX Automatic Self Cleaning Toilet Facility system by Linea Città
In particular the following equipment functions will be verified along with the operation of the plant’s components including:

  • TECHNICAL ROOM INSPECTION
  • Washing system, sanitation and drying of the toilet seat – Retractable toilet in technical room, with fine tuning of its rotation
  • Water collection and distribution , testing of the tank floating valve and electro valves
  • Electro mechanical moving system
  • Lighting system with verification of correct operation of the emergency lamp and related buffer battery
  • Ventilation system
  • USER’S  ROOM INSPECTION
  • AUTOMATIC DOOR, COIN MACHINE INSPECTION etc.
  • EXTRAORDINARY MAINTENANCE – Extraordinary maintenance performed within 24 hours from the service request for repairs or replacement of any equipment
